Born in 1964. After Graduating from Tsuji Culinary College, moved to the United States in 1989. Trained French Cuisine for 6 years in Tokyo, worked as Head Chef for 20 years at CHAYA VENICE after working at CHAYA BRASSERIE in Beverly Hills. Proudly opened N cafe' in Gardena, June 2020
